Instructions for trans. oil change

Heya all, I really need to change my transmission oil on my automatic 99 maxima se, are there any detailed links to how to do this yourself (with illustrations)? I don't want to take it to no shop cause I read that ashless oil is needed (and they charge 50 $ for trans. oil change where I live). And perhaps need to flush the old oil from the transmission. Perhaps somebody could help me with the info. By the way, I scanned 'how tos' but all I found here is a broken link to transmission 5 speed oil change. Any help is appreciated.

did search with FLUIDS/LUBRICANTS :maxima.org and all I get is the pdf file that tells you that you need ashless oil, no signs of any procedures
