I've read about people draining their oil, and how long they drain their oil to get all the old oil out, so on my last oil change I drained most of the oil I could get (until I noticed there were no more drops), and then with the oil cap off, I blew in it, and I heard a lot more oil drop into my drain pan. So I'm thinking hey, why don't I send a little more air into the engine by using some sort of blower (not a high-pressure blower or anything like that, just something to force some air through the engine and not cause any leaks), so I did, and so much more of the old oil came out. I felt like I flushed my engine in a way, but wasn't sure if this was any good to the engine. What do you guys think?

I don't know if it's bad for the engine or not. However, what most people suggest is to run a half quart to a quart or fresh oil through the engine (with the oil pan bolt still out, after the old oil has finished dripping out), before putting the bolt back in and re-filling. I always buy one extra quart of cheap oil just for this purpose.
