If you have a amp meter or vacuum gauge please come in and help me!

I am installing a dual gauge pod

and i have

1. amp meter. Not a volt meter but an amp meter. Where did you hook this up to and what size wire did you use? Please help

2. vacuum gauge, no i am not boosted but i needed another gauge to fill the other hole and this was said to be the easiest to put in. OK what are some vacuum lines that i can use a t-adaptor on small but not tiny lines? I need help on this thank you for your help!
