seat adjustment question

Alright, I have a question that's kinda weird. I have a 91 SE right now and I'm lookin to buy a 4th gen. I'm 6'3 so leg room has always been an issue for me. Right now I have more than enough leg room when driving my car. But I looked at a 98 GXE today and I couldn't even drive it because the seat wouldnt go back far enough. The thing is..there's pleanty of room in the backseat for the seat to go further back. Has anyone ever heard of moving the seat track back (like unbolting it and moving it back aroune 3") or are there any such thing as seat track extenders? OR would do you think it would be possible to take the seat track from a 3rd gen and stick em in a 4th gen? Thanks in advance.

For some reason in the max I drove the seat won't go far enough back for me to drive it comfortably..and thats as far back as the stock track will go. i was just wondering if there's anything that can be done to change the track

Something's up with that seat then...I'm 6'2 and I can't drive with it all the way back...I dunno...sit in another 4th gen and see if it's better...good luck...

6'3 here and i drive gangster style, maybe something is on the track preventing it from moving back or it's plain broken.
