Cefiro Install Help

I'm in the middle of installing these now and have made all the neccessary cuts but the headlight sticks out on both side....I know there is a gap but these are sticking out on both sides....whats the deal? any help is much appreciated!

I cut further than in the pics.....hmmmmmmmmmmm...i dunno what else to do and its gettin dark -_-

just keep cutting and a hammer with chisel kind of thingamage will work too, i had the same kind of problem and i wouldnt stop until it looked right.good luck

2 last questions...how did you secure your grille and make it look good at the same time and can someone take a pic of the wiring or tell me which color goes to which...i hooked it up and I think one is way too bright..prolly mixed the BIRGHT wire with the reg light wire.

If you LOOK, you will see that you will have to grind down another edge behind the removed bracket to get it flush.... If you need instructions... look at your grinder manual...

yeah i had the same problem, def cut deeper or grind that piece back there down...get ure weather stripping ready, for the side of the corner lamp...i used one piece of the thick strip and it looks good

double sided tape/velcro (heavy duty) lined at the bottom of the grill to the bumper and zip tie at the top.

actually, i haven't zip tied ityet,... when i closed the hood, the grill was pretty secure in there. I'll zip it tonite most likely.

yup i zip tied it through the holes on the radiator support to the zip ties holding my mesh grill in place....its very secure as is, so i left it
