CV Boot...gone bad

CV Boot...gone bad
I see grease on my wheels...i think ...oh $hit!..yep, my driver side cv boot is torn. My passenger side boot tore about 6 months ago...kind of odd that they tear around the same time and when the car is VERY close to 100k mile mark.
Anyway, i looked at some prices..and it looks like i can just get a re-manufactured driver side axel...for cheaper ( and a lot less work) than to replace the cv boot.
Im looking at this:
http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBr...7C%7EEA%7C%7EV
Would this be the way to go? are there any problems with doing this?
thanks

I bought mine from a shop and had it installed for $150 out the door. I had to get it done that day, and it was a Sunday. If I had to do it again I would get one from www.raxles.com , they are supposed to have the best ones(they are brand new not remanufactured).
