tokicos

Well i was interested in buying some illuminas for my 1996 max, but from the info im gathering online they dont offer them for 4th gens. I went to tokicogasshocks.com and they say they dont make them for us. I was pretty sure some of u all had them on your cars, thats y im all confused all the sudden.

I have the complete Tokico setup from CustomMaxima.com (Illuminas + Springs). They make them.

yep they make em for us. look on ebay, they have the same kit CM sells but way cheaper. thats what i have and LOVE them!

I got my Tokico set on eBay from a seller called "jdmwerks13" for about $560 shipped. That was 7 mos. ago, and I think I've seen them since.
Enjoy. It really transforms the vehicle.

Hell yeah I like them. The drop wasnt as agressive as other springs, but it looks nice. Imagine how a 3 series BMW sits. The wheels fill the wheel wells nicely. The car rides a little rough on the higher settings, but going throu turns is a blast! All in all I am very happy for the money spent.

on the tockico kit, i love the ride and cornering. It gives the max the feeling its supposed to have

what settings are you guys running with your shocks, mine is 3f/4r

I run 3f/3r with the fam.(pregnant wife and a two year old), and 3f/4r when I want to have a little fun! Love it!
