95 Max?

What is the difference in motors between this and the 02?

How much can this stock motor handle on Nitrous safely?

How much does this thing weigh?

How much does a 96 weigh?

Just to let you know, guys aren't going to be too happy with you if you post questions that can be found in the stickies. Take the time to read them. They contain great information, you'll learn more about your car and you'll be glad you did.

For Q1 check this out: https://maxima.org/shoptalk/sub_read...ns/index.shtml

Q2 - check out the nitrous forum.

Q3/Q4 - depends on the trim.

1) 3.0 liter vs 3.5 liter and the 02 has a VI. Not a direct swap.

2) Post in the nitrous forum.

3) About 3000lbs.

4) same as a '95.

That FAQ is cool, but it doesn't show 4th gens weight with a Stillen Body kit or stock form.

2nd, no one replies in the Nitrous forum...

Do you think a a 95 Maxima with a 5 speed can hit a 14.3 with these mods?

Stillen Intake
Performance Y
High Flow Cat
Greddy Catback
Suspension Mods (Shocks and springs mostly)
Soon to have performance clutch/flywheel (About to start searching for one)

Talking with a good driver and traction.

maybe if you lowered the psi in the front and raised the rear....and a good 60' time...plus fast shifting....you would make it a lot easier if you got a UDP, mevi, and ECU....then it would be a lot easier to hit low 14's consistently

Uhhh, NOT most definitely. Not much chance with just those mods. Get some slicks and MAYBE. With just your mods, you're looking 14.6 at BEST. Probably 14.8 or so. They'll only give you about 20 more hp than stock.
