Is this a symptom of a bad coil pack

My 99 has 52K. I bought it with 35k. At around 45K it started to make a funny sensation in the pedal while at red lights. The best way to describe it is when I am sitting at a light, waiting for green, I feel almost like this grinding/vibrating feeling through the brake pedal. If I ease off the brake pedal and simply ride the brake, (with my foot still touching the pedal, the vibration disapears. The RPM's do not change that muchm MAYBE 50 or so when riding the brake. NO CEL. The problem shows itseld at 5 out of ten brake lights. I ran seafoam through the vaccum line. It did not take care of the problem. I also have this SLIGHT knocking at idle and goes away once i nudge the gas to about 900RPM. Is this a coil pack? And how the heck do I get Nissan to change them if the car is still under warranty but there is no CEL.?

Sounds like a brake problem more than a coil problem.

Its not a brake problem because the car is not moving when the groaning sensatino ocurs. It is definately from the engine itself

Sounds like something to do with the brake booster - check the hoses to/from the booster. Your base idle might be a little low too (I believe the booster generates a load on the car, similar to the power steering and A/C).
