Wsup guys, Big problem!!

Today morning I woke up to find the FUSE box completely melted, and part of the dash board is melted (speedometer gone).
I think I left a burning cigarete. I don't usually smoke in the car but yesterday I parked in the street (usually park in the drive way), and I went to pull out the fuel fuse when I was smoking and I think I may have dropped the cigarete.
The seats and most of the other stuff did'nt burn.

My question is this. Does anybody know how much it would cost to fix the car, and if it is fixable. I am hoping the electrical system was not messed up.

Any help would be appreciated. I am from Central Jersey if anybody has a place to recommend.
