What is the reasoning behind

painting your hoods a different color then the rest of your car? Not be be disrespectful or putting down your cars BUT why? Too me it just doesn't look right. Looks like you had a accident or something and got a hood from the junk yard. I've seen quite a few and had to ask ....why?

If the hood is black then chances are it's a carbon fiber hood. If it's a different color then my guess is as good as yours as to why someone would want to do that. Maybe they are trying to be a poser? People do strange things to their cars but to each his own.

What is the reasoning behind putting 20's on a maxima.. i seen it today at a stoplight, and wow must i say that is one of the ugliest things ever. it looked like a pick up truck, and to make it worse, i think that even if he dopped it, it would still look ugly....

I guess the only reasoning would be to impersonate a CF hood?
