Idle is surging up and down...why?

My idle has suddenly started to surge to 800 rpm while stopped at a light. I then drove 25 miles on highway and it came back to normal but I can still feel that the idle is not smoothing out like it normally does. I recently used the Seafoam process on the car a week ago and she was running incredibly great and now it seems she is exhibiting some idle problems. Any ideas what is causing this? Is it possibly deposits left behind by the Seafoam process? Or some bad gas? Or something else.

Do you mean 800 rpm? If yes - most likely your need to clean out your throttle body (TB) and idle air control valve (IACV). Make sure you use TB cleaner not carb cleaner.

Where can I locate the IACV? Is there a picture of it somewhere?
