Will a front plate bracket from a 95 fit the bumper if a 97? Hope its the same. Thanks

No, I don't think so. The bracket from a 95/96 is much larger than the one on 97-99's. The curvature of the bumper is also different. The 95/96 bracket is the size of the plate, the bracket on 97-99's is just the upper half of the plate. I'm not sure it mounts in the same way either.
