Hit Pothole, Now Metal Scrape sound from wheel(s)

my wheels are making a scraping metal sound after i hit a pothole....its not the brakes i can just put the car in drive and let it roll and it makes the sound...it sucks, as long as the wheel rolls u hear it...i thought it was rim scraping rotor or something weird like that.......i hear it loudest on my drivers side front tire, thats where i got hit with the pothole? do i just need an alignment now u think?

check the dust shield behind the rotor, around the bottom area of the rotor,
the dust shield mite be touching the rotor, just bend it out of the way and you, whould not hear that sound anymore
