speed pulse wire on 96 5spd

Where is it, what color, where is the easiest access point closest to the dash for my navigation.

Look in the Modification FAQ for the post about removing the top speed limiter on GXEs. That shows the wire you are looking for.

would this be the same wire on a 98 GLE cause iknow the ECU is different
