Y pipe / 02 sensor question

I've oot a jacked Y-pipe...threads are messed for the o2 sockets and mechanic cant get to it untill Monday...if i just plug the holes temp can I drive my car without 02s and a mild exhaust leak next to the headers? I know its shaky but its just over the weekend untill I can get it into the shop...dont really want to have to strap my stock Y back up

There ISNT a temporary fix. The o2 bungs need to be shaved off, and new ones are gona need to be welded on to the Y pipe. It's your choice man........you're car will throw codes if you drive around like that plus it will sound like sh*t.

So what if it throws codes, he can just reset them later. It will sound bad but it's his only choice for now.
