They list applications for many vehicles but not the Maxima. You might have to adapt the Muth Signal Mirror meant for another vehicle.

That's a great idea too, but I was thinking of the light on the other side. I think mercedes does that. I saw it on the new Q45 also

This place sells them too but they don't list them for the Maxima. I'm sure with a little custom work you can get them in.

For the mirrors you're looking for, lot's of places make them. APC, OBX, etc. Just check out an import shop or catalog. Problem is, none of them are specifically made for a Maxima, so you may have to get a body shop to do some work to fit them. Or you can get MB C-Class mirrors, I know someone was going to do that, but it's major bucks.
