Help, a few questions.

I have some real ****ty MPG. When i get around 4-5k RPM's I hear a hissing noise (guessing its the fuel filter?) it only happens when I get to higher RPM's. I noticed that my fuel regulator is wet, im talking about it being soaked and then left to dry kind of look. The KS/ O2 sensor was changed about 2 years ago. From what my brother said the car got its major tune up done at 90k miles. The car now has 101,850. Also my idle is a little jumpy, Plus when i shut off my car I hear this clicking noise as if a relay was being used, its a very hard noise to discrible. Can anyone please tell me why my engine feels like it has a mind of its own.

thanks

That first pic is your PCV, replace it.

As for the other stuff, there are several hoses and gaskets in that area that you could replace for not too much $$. Give that a shot and then see if fuel continues to seep out.
