** Car is not starting properly After (Clutch/flywheel) replacement.

I'm not sure if this has any thing to do with my Clutch & flywheel replacement.
My stock clutch finally died. I found out I broke my clutch plate from old age and it chipped the crank sensor. I replaced the Clutch- (centerforce DF) & Flywheel- (Fidanza) and after installing the new clutch and flywheel the car would not start. It was flooded with gas from me trying to start it when it died no luck. We finally got it were it is idleing normal but when I tried to start the car it's not turning over like it use to. it starts after 2 tries

Can this be a timing issue with the new fidanza flywheel ?
My mechanic told me it turned over fine with the old flywheel. after changing the crank sensor. but he heard the broken clutch plate and turned the car off quick.

So you replaced the crank sensor and your still getting hard starts with the fidanza flywheel installed, but not the old OEM flywheel?

it is most likely the sensor ring on the stock flywheel that you have to put onto the new flywheel. So that means that you have to take everything back apart if you forgot this part. There is no spark....my brother just had this same thing happen to him on his 5th gen. I actually just got off the phone with my friend that did the install and this is what he told me.....

We did replace the sensor ring on the stock flywheel and put it on the new flywheel. I'm wondering if i should have changed the sensor ring also. We checked and there was no tooth missing on the sensor ring.

Is it possible by shimming the starter would help the hard start problem?

I took the car to advance auto and they tested the battery and the starter there both fine. @ this point i'm not sure what's the problem.
