Plenum problems
On the back of the plenum there is a EGR exhaust return tube. When i removed the plenum i noticed that there werent any bolts that were holding it to the plenum. There also wasnt a gasket. Now my question is, is there a gasket that is supposed to be on there or are there supposed to be bolts holding it on and if so where can i get those from? Thanks

There Are Supposed To Be 2 Bolts That Hold The Egr Pipe To The Intake Manifold. There Are Also A Couple Bolts That Hold The Egr Valve To The Rear Bank Head If I Remember Correctly. If You Are Reffering To The Actual Pipe Though The Answer Is Yes There Should Be 2 Bolts And A Gasket.

I bet the gasket dropped and its somewhere on the engine or on the floor or something... If that was never taken off before there should be a thin metal gasket between the pipe and the plenum..
When I took mine off that same gasket fell and I didnt even hear it its so skinny and weightless... Lucky me I dropped something else and decided to look under the car and I found it there.. I was about to put it back together with it.. :\
