Transgo for my '95se automatic

I am getting a replacement automatic tranny put in my car since I lost reverse.... and want to put in a transgo shift kit and a tranny cooler... I know the tranny cooler is easy to buy, but where in the world do I get a Maxima Transgo kit ? and how much? Thanks!!!
Anyone who has one.. is it worth it, and does it make the car any faster? If so - do you know by how much ?
