lights

ok you know the lights on the ac controls the little picutes that are supost to light up white. anyways mine only do liek once in a while does anyone have any idea why?

iirc there is a connector in the back of that button/switch cluster that controls the lighting and function. i would try reseating it. you have to take a bunch of the dash out to do that, though. i've done it so many times that i can do it in like 5-10 mins.

you can get somebody with the service manual to scan the page for you. all you have to do is remove the trim piece around the shifter, remove the ashtray/lighter, remove the screws holding the din rack to the console backing/chassis and you have access to the connectors and that row of controls. just be careful taking everything out and putting it back together because the vent grille is delicate and easy to break.

other than that i really can't think of anything else.
