Greddy Muffler Possible?

I know some one that i could get a Greddy EVO I muffler. I want to install it on my 4th gen but it looks a lil too big. I have a magnaflow rite now and i dont really dig the way it sounds. So please if u know that it would fit or wouldn't help me out. DO you have any instructions/hints?
Thanks
Mihai

it will require custom welding. greddy sp/evo muffler does not bolt-on to stock b-pipe... so take it to a muffler shop and have it done there.

it should fit fine so long as you go to a good muffler shop.

You don't like the way the magnaflow sounds yet you want an EVO muffler? You'll hate it as well and it won't look good. What's with people and grapefruit shooter mufflers?

Warpspeed b-pipe is the same as stock just a larger diameter, it is designed to be able to be used with the stock muffler. The point was that the Greddy muffler is designed to bolt up to the Greddy B-pip which is not the same as the stock/warpspeed b-pipe.

I understand what ur saying but getting the muffler on there is not a problem for me since the greddy muffler will require just an adapter like most of the universal mufflers out there. I know it has been done before with an sp muffler. The problem is that the evo muffler is designed for a A33 chasis and we have the A32. the muffler is huge in diameter and i dunno if it will aling well with my bumper. And would the sound quality be the same as with the greddy b pipe? I think it should since only the piping is different and its already resonated.

The hangers most likely won't work but I don't think it should be too bad of a fit once a exhaust shop does some work on it. 4th gen guys use 5th gen mufflers all the time and they fit under the bumper fairly well. I think the better question is if you really want that style muffler...it is a canister type is it not?

Well the thing is I alredy spent a lil too much on the exhaust and it didnt come out as i wished it did and i didnt want to take the sp2 to the muffler shop after spending 500+ on it and have chopped off and made custom to fit my 97 max.
