This morning my wife was backing out of the garage and as she was putting the car into to Drive, it died, but started up with no problems. One thing that it could be, probably not, is the dealer recently put in a "different" alternator.
The car was sitting for about 5 days, except for taking it out of the garage.
.........Anybody else have this problem or have any input?

Kinda the same thing. It was a rolling stop and when I went to push the gas, it died. My check engine light was on so I assumed it had something to do with that. 1st and last time it happened in 1 1/2 years of ownership. I wouldn't worry about it if it doesn't happen again.
