I have a 97 Maxima GLE. I love the car. Its simply amazing!

Sometime back I had starting problems. It did not start when the car is hot. After a while when cools down, I will be able to start fine. I checked it with a mechanic and he said its starter and so I changed it. Its been about 6 mon and havent had a problem.

But now very rarely, I see the problem again. Say I would be driving for about 30 min. Park it and do stuff. Then come back, it wouldnt start. I will have to open the bonnet and after sometime it will start. I dont see it as often as before replacing the starter. But I have seen 2-3 times in last two months. I dont know what the problem is. Did the mechanic fit with a defective starter?
