my windows dont work i took the panels off and found a black rubber thing that is all broke up it looks like a spark plug gapper but rubber what is the name of ths rubber thing and where would i find one of these...
I would not mind that my windows dont work but when i driven down the road and hit a slight bumb the window falls, and it sucks

 

What the heck is up with the font, the color and the size... hard to read and understand....
