GL-4 Need some help guys and gals

I am doing my axle replacement and I am faced with two kinds of GL-4 gear oil. 75W90 and 140 GL-4. I am searched the sites FAQ and the last ten pages and all I can find is that I need GL-4. Please someone enlighten me to what type I need.
