Lights

Maybe you all can help me out. First I made the big mistake of going for the "cool" lights you know the ones with the bluish tint. I changed all the lights (headlights, corners and fog lights) Well the headlights have both blown and one of the fog lights is gone. They were the Eurolite kind i forget exactly what color. but anyway i am done with those as soon as i can figure out what to go to next. I a complete set though. I don't want the lights with the yellow tint. I was wondering brand you all have, and what brands to stay away from. Thanks for your help.

I have had the Silverstars for almost a year now and, believe me, they suck! For the first time ever, I'm thinking about replacing them before they even go out. At first they are great. Then you try them in the rain, and you can't even tell they're on. Same in the snow, but not quite as bad. Also, they get much dimmer over time. I spent almost $80 and put these in mine, and my wifes cars, and I really wish I hadn't. IMO do not get the Silverstars.

If it's the practical aspects of headlights that you are looking for, I would start with colorless, clear bulbs. Then install upgrade wiring harness, this will ensure full voltage reaches the bulbs. Choose bulbs with higher wattage rating. I believe 4G uses 9004 (which sucks) and you can only get 80/100w.

Try this place. They have excellent selections of high quality Hella bulbs.
