4th or 5th generation, what should I do?

I currently own a 92 se 5spd. I'm looking at a 99 SE-L and an 01 AE. Besides the obvious financial difference can you give my some feedback on the major differences between the 4th and 5th generation cars? I have heard some general comments that the 4th generations quality isn't as good, so who better to ask than you guys.........Thanks

Personally, I like the 4th gen's styling much better than any other generation, even the newest ones.

If I were to buy a 4th gen I would buy a 97' or a 98' with low milage 5spd....the 99's have the added emissions stuff and have the obvious Coil problems croppping up in the 99's...
The 01' is nice if you like that style

I'd go for a 4th Gen also, 97+

those 5 gens look kinda good from the front, but that back is terrible, 4th gen is styled the best, I dont know that they were drinking when they did the 6th gen.
