tranny fluid

im sure this has been posted before but i cant search..so..

i need to change my tranny fluid and i dont know how to? anyone have a link to a write-up on how to do it? also, what brand/kind of fluid should i get..thanks guys as always

yup in the fluids section, stickies at the top, how to for AT and for MT Maxs.
