Ok, got new brake pads and that cleared up the last funny noise. Now I have another one. It is coming from under the hood, its almost like a belt noise, however I checked that option out, and nothing seems to be wrong on that part, anyone have any ideas?

 

How did you check it out?

Not many other things sound like a squealing belt.

 

i got a whispling noise coming from my engine near the throttle bottle. is that the noise youre having? is it my belts causing this noise???

mzmtg .. I had a local mechanic check it out for me just to see if the belt was loose or anything, and he said it looks fine and to get some kinda of belt spray at AutoZone and it would make it quiet.

Its like a squeal with a really fast hi-pitched clicking. But its not from the engine ...

Does that help anymore at all?

not much of a clicking sound but more of a whispling. especially in low rpm. the sound came after my battery died for the first time. so did you use the spray or do you still have the sound?

 

No, I haven't went and got that spray -- I've never heard of it, so I want to know if could hurt anything before I go off spraying stuff in there. hahah
