fstb?'s

I just installed my fstb... I had to open the turn buckle a little to make it wide enough to fit... My question is should it be a little loose or tight??? It can be moved a little even after I tightined the nuts down.. ( I am not talking about the six nuts that hold it in place) only the "bar" itself..

Thanks.

The bar should be tight.

ok ok upon closer inspection it is tight... it just pivots a little at the ends were it is bolted on...

Thanks,
