Help! Tranny problem

I got a problem with transmission. My transmission does not shift smoothly from 1st to 2nd. And check engine light came on. I got it diagnosed with a scan tool but I couldn't find code in the stickies. My code is P0745 or 1206 - (Line Pressure Solenoid Valve (Automatic Transmission). But when I looked it up in the stickies there is a dead link to it.
Does anybody know what it is?

I would check my dropping resistor first. I was getting the same code and chased it back to resistor. I had to buy the resistor from nissan $40.

Did you replaced yourself? Do you know what does it do? You had the same problem with shifting? Is it hard to replace?

It takes about 5 min to replace it is located by the battery it's got 2 bolts 1 wire. It steps down the voltage to the solenoid pack. Mine shifted like a ton of bricks when it went out. I figured this out after I went and put a solenoid pack in with no results.

Which one is it? I'm not a pro at this stuff. I have more pictures if needed.
I was thinking about replacing solenoid pack, but thanks to you I'll try to replace resistor. What I'm gonna do is switch resistor from my parents car, they have the same car as mine, and I will see if this is a problem.

The part you are looking for is directly between air box and the strut tower. You can't miss... it It actually bolts to the tower. The plug will be to the left of it. it's got 2 bolts 1 on top 1 on bottom. I hope it works give it a shot.

First you ned to check the resistance of your dropping resistor - it sits right behind your air box , unplug the connector and test it with ohm meter - it should read 12 Ohms. If the resistor is within spec - i would look into replacing your solenoid pack inside tranny.

check those links , there is lots of good info there:
