Recently the weather around here has been getting colder. Now, if the car sits and gets cold, it start strangely. When I turn the key it cranks strong and catches. The revs go up, then fall back down to zero and the car stalls. If I blip the gas quickly when it starts then it will idle properly.

Perhaps related, when I am coasting or between gears (it is a manual), the revs drop down VERY low (ie 200-300 rpm). This also happens when I come to a stop at lights and such. After a few seconds it will take the revs back up to a proper idle (600-700 rpm or so).

Any ideas? No CEL on.
