I personally used the Scotch double-sided tape and bought a small hot glue gun and some glue sticks for about $5 at a local arts and crafts store.
I used the tape on the inside of the indiglos (near the center of the gauge, next to the needle), and used the hot glue on the outside of the guages (just a few dabs near the edges).
If they haven't yet fixed the gauges, and the ones you have still do not have pre-existing holes for the screws, you will want to use small dabs of glue on the back of the original gauges as well - to make sure the gauges stay flush on the platic part of the interior housing.
I've had them in for about a month now, and they've been fine. I know a few others have used the hot glue too, and they haven't had any problems either.
