sound deadening, need advice

For all of you who sound dampened your 4th gen maxi's, I got a few questions-

Is it possible/easy to sound dampen the rear deck?

If so, how many sq ft would you recommened for just 1 layer of sound deadening mat would you need to do the entire front doors, rear deck, and trunk?

Thanks

you can probably get a better response in the audio forum.

Peel and Seal. You can get it at lowes or home depot in the roofing section. It's an aluminumized sheet, like Dynamat Extreme. I used 3 layers. I also use regular carpet padding as well.

I didnt put it in the audio forum because it's technically for "Discuss in-car entertainment systems, audio and video systems, car alarms and other electronics topics."

So I thought this would be the place place to put it
