Loud noise

When i start my car, I sometimes get a loud squealing noise. I sprayed some belt lubricant on the belt and it went away, but it started up again yesterday. Any clue what I can do? Should I put more belt lubricant?

Nah, you'll just make the belts and pulleys all goopy. Check the belts themselves as they may need to be tightened or changed.

I got it checked, and i was leaking antifreeze due to a broken water pump, and that was dripping onto the belt which was causing the noise. So i'm getting the water pump and the belts changed.
