What stuff needs to be maintained?

Ok stuff that can cause loss of power and low gas mileage, also stuff that needs to be maintained over certain amount of mileage. This is what I can come up with so far, correct whatever is wrong.

[U]Maintanence: [B]Miles
Oil Change: 3000 Miles
Air Filter Cleaned: Don't know
FuelFilter Change: Don't know
Spark Plugs: I say once a year?
PVC Valve: Don't know
Belts: I say about 50kMiles?
Coil Packs: Are these a maintanence part?
Clean Throttle Body: Guess whenever you do air fliter cleaning?

Please help me out on anymore things for maintaining my car and keeping mileage good and loss power restored.
