reseting cel

Hey everybody. So the other day I'm driving around and it's like really fricken cold out and my cel light comes on. I got into the garage and pulled the code. It says "right rear heated O2 sensor". Fine, I reset the thing but didn't replace the part. The code has not come up again. Should I replace the sensor or will all be o.k.?
Thanks for your help guys and gals.

Ride it out. See if it does come back on.

The same thing happened to me back in July this year. I reset it, and it didn't come back until about a week ago, so I'll replace it now. I think you're set for a while at least.

But like vortechpower said, just ride it out. If it DOES come back up, then it's time to replace it.
