I know you must be getting tired of answering the same questions all the time. Hey, it's human nature! So how about writing some FAQs for the .org? Or submit some maintance "stickes" for the 4-gen forum? Hell your posts look like FAQ answers anyway and it should cut down on the amount of repeat replies you have to make. Anyone agree here?

I know you enjoy helping others but we don't want to burn you out too soon

Thanks for the suggestion. I won't do that, at least not now. We "regulars" on the 4Gen forum see ample evidence that people don't read the FAQ and they don't use the search engine. That makes me think writing FAQs is a futile effort...

I don't think I will burn out from answering questions. However, I admit my patience can be worn thin by certain people (and you know who they are) whose posts are full of adolescent braggadocio and lacking in useful objective information...

A suggestion... half in jest, half serious.

A new forum should be created and named the Twit Forum. Any time ten or more Maxima.Org members send a note to Jamie saying "This guy (User Name) is a twit" the miscreant would be banished to the Twit Forum for 30 days. In that forum he could exchange unsubstantiated rumors, technical misinformation, exaggerated "kills", and raw insults with other denizens of the Twit Forum. They deserve each other!

That's great!

Only 10?

Man, I'm sure my moderating skills would probably land me in that forum permanently......

Bahhaaaaaaa! I love it Daniel, I see a funny side of you coming out and I like it! hehe.

I can see massive amounts of abusing going on here. You should have been around when we had a "vote to delete" button. If that button was clicked(one per user) more than xxx times, the thread was automaticlly deleted. Man! Some posts only lasted about 30 seconds! Haha!

Good idea. However, I might actually miss some of those truly immature posts. Occasionally, they're so rediculous they're good for a laugh.
How about a seperate forum for Kills though? I'm so sick of reading and hearing about those. Lord knows telling "those" people that street racing is stupid and dangerous is useless. If people want to brag about whatever street conquest they had or would like to have had, maybe it could be contained to one place.

Just a thought.

Hey I like your future mod.

I donno... I think it's just the feeding of it... I never read kill posts... unless it gets big, than i have to see if there's flame. I think if people just ignore them, there's no reason to street race because there's no one to brag to.

Good one! And all the guys asking about the 3.5L Maxima and Altima can go there too. I'm getting so sick of hearing about it. I almost wish Nissan would cancel the plans for the cars, just so they'd shut up. Oh yeah, send all the guys that ask about the oh-so-played-out Altezza clone lights too.

It's the light bulb and melted wiring harness threads that do it to me.

Or asking a question that is currently being answered in three different active threads at the same time. This usually involves the MIL light or a foglight installation question.
