Changing Motor Mounts

Autozone retards...
I dont know if they are the same or not.. but I used to work at an auto parts store and along with the computer catalog we had books from companies that sold us parts.. for example, a company that makes motor mounts has a book that shows pics of all their motor mounts by part #... the retards at autozone have no clue what they're doing.

Thats why I doubt that piece of crap system they have. That POS is wrong all the time.

Thanks, I have the back one, and I think thats the one that is bad. But I cant seem to find the front one and I dont want to do all this work and only change out one of them. Seems like a waste of time and I'm sure if the back one is that bad then the front one cant be all that great.
put your e-brake on and put your car in reverse with your foot on the brake and the other foot on the accelerator. rev the engine. have a friend look at the engine and see how much it moves. now do the same in D and notice how much the engine rocks. if they are off, then one or more of your motor mounts are bad. if they are the same yet not too much rocking,
i'd check your torque converter as well. as a bad one will vibrate the car.
and look into your harmonic balancer.
and look into your ignition coils as well.
all these things could cause a vibration and hesistation in your engine.
Hope this helps you. Have a Nice Day

Actually I have a stick and when i do anything that would torque the engine like shifting, I hear a clink noise. And I just replaced the passenger side CV Joint. So I'm thinking that its a motor mount. I am at school, far away from home, and I have a lift at home, so I'm just trying to take it easy until I can get home.
