You got those fogs for $275?? I might have to snag some of those since my 97 bumper is gonna be going on soon, now that I have a job...

I have that same setup for the headlights and corner lights, I was wondering if you had a problem with the corner lights not snapping in properly. They get within about a centimeter between the little ball that is supposed to go into the socket, but it doesn't quite reach it.

What 9007 bulbs do you have on your headlights?, look really nice and white and bright. I am doing the 9007 and wire harness upgrade soon.

Would you want them? I don't really know how to explain it, but there's like a little cap - on the inside part of the foglights - that is missing on the right side. I bet if you tried, you could find one. It's not really that noticeable, but it's there on one side and missing on the other. Otherwise, they're in great condition. I've got the 97 foglights, a grille, and a bumper sitting in my closet, just begging to be installed. I'd probably sell you my foglights and the brackets for pretty cheap.

azianjiu: I have no problem. Just unscrew the "ball" a little bit to extend it enough for it to fit.

JSMEXUSA: They are Opti bulbs rated at 80/100. I got them with my 9007 upgrade harness from ntbk.

You have any pics of their output, like how the light up the road and all and is the light focused on the road or up in the trees?

Certified Beast: The light focus is determined by how you aim your fogs. I have mine purposely aimed high so you can aim yours lower. Below are some pics of the HID fogs and 9007 upgrade. It's actually brighter in person than these pics show. The light brightness and color is hard for my old Toshiba camera to capture but this should give you and idea.

browne: Thanks for your props. You are correct in that you will get more visibility with a HID bulb in the headlights. The reason I have not done this is because it will cause massive glare to on-coming traffic. The Maxima's headlight housing is a reflector based design and not intended for HID bulbs and the beam pattern they output. The 9007 bulb already alters the beam patten enough that once you upgrade, you must re-aim you headlights lower so you will not be blinding on-coming traffic. I will eventually upgrade to HID in my headlights once I have retrofitted them with projectors. Hopefully, I can find some S2000 projectors for a reasonible price so I can get started on this project since I already have an extra set of headlights to work on.

I just used wheel paint I bought at checker auto. Its gun metal, I soaked the bottle in hot water (eliminates air bubbles in the paint, read in turner mag.)and did 3 coats. My friend painted his 00 rims bronze with clear coat and his is a lot more shiney than mine.

ohh you painted them also? i thought they came that color from the factory. see i plan on using automotive paint like ppg and a paint gun with automotive clear coat but i cant decide what color to do them in. I just have 2 spare rims that are bent so I can experiment.

maxspeed96CT: The car wasn't even washed in the pictures. Thanks for noticing my mud stains.

vsamoylov: 2k3.

jcy98maxse: How'd you get them for $100!? I thought $500 for mine was a reasonible deal.

Thahman: It's a S5 Motostorm grill.

cefiro8701: Are you directing your comments to me? If so, thinner/smaller sidewall tires will just pronounce the wheel gap which some people here have already stated is huge. Also, I'm already on Tokico Illuminas with no problems so why would I need to change them?
