is a front strut bar worth buying?

i have been reading on the org and it seems like the best place to buy a front strut bar is on EBAY......but i was wondering if it is even worth picking one up??

if so what do u guys think of this one?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33591

in my opinion it looks the best...compared to the other ones on there....

For 20 bucks, it's a mod that stiffens up the front chassis and it's well worth it.

that looks good to me. No need to buy the fancy lookin' ones for a whole lotta dough. When I installed mine, I noticed the difference in handling.

i got mine off ebay too, no point in spending money for an expensive one, they all work the same. i didn't notice too much a difference in handling.

Um...You're wrong.

Even if you weren't it would still be worth thinking it did something for only $20.

That one is, but how often are you really going to be looking at it anyway? You can get them for about $20 shipped on ebay

Yea you feel a very minimal difference if any..

for $20 you cant go wrong, plus it makes the engine bay look nicer.

If you throw your maxima around curves you'll feel the difference IMHO i got an ebay one for like 35 shipped and was VERY impressed, it all but gets rid of that eerie feeling you get when taking a curve on the edge. And it eliminates some body roll which is always good. Definitely no detriment so i'd say go for it, for the money its a great mod.

You'll notice the difference. And you'll notice the difference when you get a RSB also.

But I'd wait to spend any money until after you go to court.

dont do that, just be prepared for flames when you do. everybody learns. ive been asking stupid questions since i was 14, and now i know more about maximas and cars in general than anyone i know(that isnt a mechanic) so in the end, stupidity pays off.

I got mine for like $30 bucks shipped off of eBay. I did notice a difference but I did the installation along with my rear sway bar so it's a combo of both. Don't know what it would've done by itself but it couldn't be bad.

And for the $30 bucks, the engine bay looks much better even IF it did nothing.

if you are on stock suspension you can feel a great differance, even going thorugh turn. or at least i did. but i ran my car with and without it when i was lowered and i could not tella differance for anything. I think it is very beneifical if you are stock suspsion, but on aftermarket it does notmake much of a differance you can feel.

I bought an Otto Racing one for around $25 shipped and I think it was well worth it.

It works just as well as everyone described and it looks good.
