Difficult to fit a GReddy EVO on a 97?

I know they dont make the GReddy EVO2 cat-back for the 97-99 maximas, but since they make it for the newer ones...how hard is it to fit it onto a 97 maxima? I want this exhaust but first want to find out how hard it will be to install it.If it can be done at all.

SP2 Fits 97-99 Maximas, all you have to do is cover one of the rear O2 bungholes up(There are 2).
