Goddy

Its been sub-zero the past two days here in upstate NY, my 96 max handled it fine yesterday but this morning I turned it on and went back inside to let it idle a few minutes, I come back out and I can smell gas around the car, when I get in I can smell it too. So I back it up a little and theres a small wet spot towards the front of the car, just about in the middle between the front two tires. I let it idle a little more and another small spot appears.

Any ideas about what could be causing this? A frozen gasket or tube?
Last winter about this time I leaked anti-freeze for a few days when it was bitter cold like this but then it stopped, I've never had this problem before.
