if i take out the passanger airbag im pretty sure the light would come on, but if i take out the bulb....and on my inspection if they don't notice the light cause there wouldn't be no bulb, but would the diagnosis notice that its out??

and would i be able to pass inspection, on my 98 here in utah they don't even run the dyno they just plug it in and that's it.
