Can power antenna wire to aftermarket deck?

Can power antenna wire to aftermarket deck?
Just looking for info....Can the factory power antenna wire be wired so that it comes on with the tuner when used on a pioneer deck.

yes u can wire it up but i think the pioneer cd players will just make the antenna go up when it is turned on, cd or anything. i decided to not connect the power antenna wire
