Lost All My Oil

Lost All My Oil
I have a 98 w/ 115K and got an oil change about 4 weeks ago. I checked the oil yesterday and there is no oil. There has been no leak under the car from the drain plug or oil filter or much from the pressure switch, if any...
Any ideas? Is this going to cost me a lot?

That's what happens when you have places 'change your oil'. I'd say half the time they either underfill or overfill the crankcase. My buddy used to manage a Jiffy Lube out here in California. He got out of that gig when he came to work here in IT. I gotta say though, he had some AMUSING stories to tell about his Jiffy Lube experiences!
Ever wonder what happens when the preset oil fill nozzle retracts up towards the ceiling of the shop while it's still pumping oil? What if the car was a convertible? Oops.
I'd probably take the car back to where the oil change was done and do some serious *****ing if you have no oil reading on the dipstick. If they underfilled the crankcase and there is damage, that should be on them. If you drain the oil and change it previous to taking it back, then they might work even harder to get out of being responsible if you do have any engine damage. If you've been driving it for 4 weeks like that, a trip to the oil change place ain't gonna make a bit of difference on that motor. It's either got enough oil and has not done any damage, or you'll have metal shavings in the oil, along with bearing and probably cam problems.
If the car leaks oil - then it's probably going to end up being on you. If it's dry as a bone under there and the car didn't smoke - then the crankcase was underfilled.
GOOD LUCK.
