can this be done without changing things around like a perfect fit?

I hope you dont mean the one in the 5th gen forum... its the same thread a few threads down, you should be able to go to edit, and then click on delete.

2000-2001 will fit perfectly. 2002-2003 will not.

2000-01 fits fine as long as its the same kind of diff. open swaps in for open otherwise u need soem minor modification to make it work. i did it to my car and i now love how my max shifts

what mods are need to go from open to limited?
