alright i havent even looked at the car yet, but what does one have to do in order to replace/upgrade the headlight bulbs in a maxima? in my civic it was a simple pull the bubl out from the back, no parts needed to be moved... is it similar here, or are there pieces that need to be moved for access? is install easy basically

Just did it.

Fogs: remove black cover piece by popping it out, then 2 10mm hex bolts and the fog is out.

Headlights: you can reach your hand in there no problem.

Bumber lights: pop right out of the side and the fronts are held in with phillips head screws.

Corners: these are the hard part. Phillips screw that screws into the headlight housing up top. Then you have to get a long skinny flat head and look down into the car where the bottom part attaches with a metal pin. You have to really work it out of there, it's in there tight! Pry it out firmly, but gently and take your time.

For a picture illustration of Bernie's instruction, check user's manual.
